We have all witnessed or experienced a vast spectrum of professional management in practice. There is nothing unique about our approach, it is simply our preferred style that has been both comfortable for our Team Members and successful for all involved.
In each individual project, management is an art form as much as a science. When possible, team members are chosen based on unique talents, skills and personality that compliment the team. Having hand-picked the team, the manager maximizes all team members as well as those on the outside with whom they collaborate. Yes, there is a working hierarchy on any team and goals must be met both in quality and timeline, but at the end of the day, each team member is respected and enjoys the ability to retreat home to their own personal lives. The project is advanced in a timely manner such that the goals of the Clients/Project are met. Deadlines are met with grace, rather than a panic as occurs in most firms.
Implementing a construction project is often times an interruption to an existing neighborhood. Care must be taken for the respect, safety and integrity of the existing local community. We insist both as Architects and Contractors to introduce ourselves to all neighbors and to make ourselves available to any and all complaints and/or compliments, which we receive graciously and act on any need if necessary

Beyond the design process, Wayside Resources works with the necessary personnel to organize our teams and liaisons for maximum efficiencies. We pride ourselves in insuring communication of any number of Consultants, Contractors as well as their Subcontractors in order to maintain client satisfaction, scheduled deliverables, timely progression, and perform any additional detailing work personally to ensure efficient project progression and budgetary success.
In so doing, we have organized teams and materials, enhanced effective communication for multiple simultaneous projects including retail finish-out, new residential construction and multiple remodels simultaneously. We have acumen in facilitating preliminary analysis through City of Austin Building Department (or responsible governing body), Health Department, Neighborhood Associations and/or Building Committees to assure the timeliness of successful permitting/approval upon first submittal, for we believe, this is time well spent.
